Internet poker has become world famous recently, with televised competitions and celebrity poker game events. Its universal appeal, though, arcs back in fact a bit farther than its TV ratings. Over the years many types on the original poker game have been created, including some games that are not quite poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is 1 of the above-mentioned games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely related to blackjack than traditional poker, in that the gamblers bet against the bank instead of each other. The succeeding hands, are the established poker hands. There is no conniving or different types of bamboozlement. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to ante up just before the dealer broadcasting "No further wagers." At that moment, both you and the bank and of course every one of the different players receive five cards. Once you have observed your hand and the bank's initial card, you have to either make a call wager or surrender. The call bet's value is akin to your original ante, which means that the risks will have doubled. Abandoning means that your bet goes immediately to the casino. After the wager comes the showdown. If the house doesn't have ace/king or better, your wager is given back, plus a sum equal to the ante. If the house has a hand with ace/king or better, you succeed if your hand is greater than the casino's hand. The dealer pays out money even with your wager and set odds on your call wager. These odds are:

  • Even for a pair or high card
  • 2-1 for 2 pairs
  • three to one for 3 of a kind
  • four to one for a straight
  • 5-1 for a flush
  • seven to one for a full house
  • 20-1 for a 4 of a kind
  • 50-1 for a straight flush
  • one hundred to one for a royal flush
