Internet poker has become world celebrated recently, with televised championships and celebrity poker game shows. The games universal appeal, though, stretches back quite a bit further than its TV scores. Over the years several variations on the earliest poker game have been created, including a few games that are not really poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is 1 of these particular games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely related to chemin de fer than traditional poker, in that the players wager against the bank rather than the other players. The succeeding hands, are the established poker hands. There is no conniving or other types of deception. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to pay up before the dealer declares "No more bets." At that instance, both you and the dealer and of course every one of the different gamblers acquire five cards. After you have observed your hand and the bank's 1st card, you must either make a call bet or accede. The call wager's amount is on same level to your beginning wager, which means that the risks will have increased two fold. Surrendering means that your wager goes instantly to the casino. After the wager comes the showdown. If the casino doesn't have ace/king or greater, your wager is returned, plus an amount on par with the original bet. If the house has a hand with ace/king or greater, you win if your hand defeats the bank's hand. The house pays chips even with your wager and fixed expectations on your call wager. These expectations are:

  • Even for a pair or high card
  • two to one for 2 pairs
  • three to one for 3 of a kind
  • four to one for a straight
  • 5-1 for a flush
  • 7-1 for a full house
  • twenty to one for a four of a kind
  • fifty to one for a straight flush
  • 100-1 for a royal flush
